How long does it take to receive an order?
Once your order has been placed, it takes roughly 5-10 business days to make and ship out and 6-8 business days to deliver. (Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19; Production times may vary during Holidays)
Do you provide tracking on orders?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, tracking will be provided to you. If you haven't received tracking after ample time, please contact us and we will send it to you.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the customizable products that we offer, once an order has been placed it is final. The exception to this is if a product has an error mark or misprint, yet this is highly unlikely to occur since we check every order prior to shipping.
Can I change my product's design after completing an order?
We do not allow for you to change your design after payment has already been processed. This would cause too much chaos on our end so make sure you choose a design you love!
